Bought a LG C4 77 inch that lasted 3 months before it needed to be repaired. The whole process took 24 days to check, order and replace the panel. The money I saved, I spent on entertainment outside my house. I was shipped an early model that should have been recalled as the panel was defective and discontinued. DON’T DO IT!!! Go to an authorized dealer/legitimate store!!!

Accepted an offer a week ago. Order has been showing pricessing for a week. For last 4 days Ive sent 3 emails asking foe an update or cancellation and get no replies. Regretting I gave any personal info to this company and will be checking credit repirt to make sure nothing funny happens, as from what im seeing they do not conduct business as a reputable company. Hopefully they are just very disorganized and I can walk away unscathed.

I find it hard to believe all the positive reviews about Greentoe. My offer was accepted but the status of my offer did not change for about a week. I sent an email to customer support asking if there was a problem to which I did not receive a response. Today I received an email stating that my offer had to be expired because they did not receive payment information. BS I was required enter all the payment information that was valid prior to submitting a offer if the CC payment information was incorrect the system would not have allowed me to make an offer. I don't believe this is a legit way of buying items as Greentoe does not operate as outlined on the website. I have tried calling the customer support number 888-840-0464 several times and just get a recording no one answers the phone. LEGAL QUESTIONS How can my offer expire if it was already accepted by Greentoe? Greentoe response - We are sorry to inform you that you did not clear the retailer's pre-authorization screening so we will be unable to process your order Response- pre authorization occurred when Greentoe validated my CC payment information prior to making an offer. At this point the CC information was accepted by all as a valid form of payment. Greentoe accepted the offer and the transaction was allowed to move forward so the payment was pre-authorized because the Greentoe process would not have accepted an un-authorized form of payment and an offer would not have been permitted. From Greentoe -Your offer was accepted but we never got payment information Response- all the payment info was entered prior to being allowed to make an offer. Greentoe had all the payment info they required. This contract is binding both ways the contract states the buyer cannot cancel the offer this applies to both buyer and Greentoe it appears Greentoe canceled the offer legal responses welcome

I had one positive experience with Greentoe a couple of years ago. That encouraged me to order again recently. This order was a bad experience, that would discourage me from using Greentoe again. I made an offer that matched an advertised price from a dealer, and they accepted, and accepted my credit card payment (which was required for them to consider the order). Then the order sat for 11 days in "processing." My inquiries re the status were not responded to. Today they cancelled the order saying they could not find my credit card payment. Ridiculous. Wasted my time and money, prevented me from ordering from somewhere else who would honor and ship the order. Beware - it's hit and miss with this website.

I believe it's hit or miss with them, and my experience was clearly a miss. I purchased a gas grill that came up as 50$ below the average market price. The grill was sold by retailer who's name clearly suggested they should not be selling this kind of items (but Greentoe only reveals the name of retailer after they process your order and charge your account). The received item was defective and looked refurbished (but sold as new!). I received a return label from this "shady retailer", but after two weeks - still received no exchange. Turned out they just decided not to do anything. Now they suddenly told me I will not receive the exchange they promised and will have to pay 150$ for the shipment of the very same defective item I sent back for them for an exchange. They suggested me to talk to the manufacturer and just leave them alone. Greentoe customer service simply passively watched the email exchange and did nothing. The BOTTOM LINE here - if you buy from them (or proper way to say - through them) - don't expect any customer support, refunds or exchanges - totally off the table. If item you buy is what you are expected - you will be fine. If something is wrong - you will need to contact the manufacturer (if even possible) and the cost of repair will be totally on you. In my case the cost of doing this will greatly exceed the lousy discount I originally received from buying it from Greentoe.

Greentoe may provide a legitimate service, but God forbid you are critical in anyway or else they end your bids. I made bids on 2 different items, they both had 7 days set to remain active for. On the 2nd day I received what were probably automated emails from Greentoe asking me what I thought of the offers made against my bids. Both offers were much higher than local prices, so I replied to that effect in my email response back to Greentoe. I received another email shortly there after telling me I could send Greentoe evidence of that price and they would match it. What would be the point of that? I came to Greentoe to find a better deal, not the same deal *after* doing work for you of submitting evidence? I replied back that I appreciated the offer but I came to Greentoe to get a good deal, not to do work and find good deals for Greentoe. Within 30 minutes my bids were cancelled. This was just wholly unprofessional and entirely uncalled for. I would not trust this company if they can't handle basic back and forth emails without getting so miffed they can just cancel your standing bids.

A waste of time, offer accepted yet 2 days later, it's still processing.
