Ordered a GrowoniX booster pump through Green Thumb Depot and the experience was smooth from start to finish. Chris kept me updated the whole way, followed up personally when the shipment was delayed, and made sure everything arrived in good shape. The kind of customer service you don’t see often anymore... quick replies, clear info, and follow-through. Highly recommend.

I delt with Chris, and it was fantastic. After I purchased a trimmer I realized it put in older info that I no longer had access too. Chris was able to get that changed quick for me. Luckily he was on point because it shipped out that next morning. Very good experience ordering from here and thank you Chris.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Green Thumb Depot that I can’t rave about enough! The staff’s attentiveness is truly top-notch—every team member I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I needed. When an order from their distributor didn’t ship on time, their customer service team went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They kept me updated every step of the way, offered solutions, and ensured I was completely satisfied. The service was so impressive that it turned a potential frustration into a reason to keep coming back. Green Thumb Depot sets the standard for exceptional customer care—highly recommend!

Coming from a hobbyist background, I had a lot of questions about setting up a new system. I received excellent support from the staff choosing the right products, and they even included a better discount code at checkout. The purchase was smooth and delivery was prompt. Green Thumb Depot has become my new go-to online supplier, and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for the wonderful experience, Chris.
