Green Thumb DepotReviews of greenthumbdepot.com

Ed was super helpful providing info prior to ordering. Pricing and customer service that are simply the best thanks again

I had a small issue with a pollen tumbler I purchased (probably due to UPS handling) and they were very helpful getting it resolved. Great communication, prompt no hassle interaction. I was impressed and relieved because I never know what to expect with customer service anymore. Im even taking the time to write a review for them.

Ordered a freeze dryer for my daughter, her main Christmas present. Just one day later I received an email stating the item could possibly be 3 to 4 weeks out. I asked Ed (the rep who emailed me) if I could pay extra for faster shipping. He actually contacted the manufacturer to find out it wasn't possible and he would refund my full purchase price if needed. Ed also contacted me back several times before I found another site other than Green Thumb Depot that had the item "in stock". I will be purchasing from Green Thumb Depot in the future for sure!

Green thumb has been very helpful with my purchase of a new centurion pro trimmer. They explain all the details of the equipment and purchase options. They will return your phone call or email promptly and walk you through the process. Could not ask for better customer service.

I ordered a item from Green Thumb Depot and was so impressed with their customer support. They were there from my initial order to the delivery. 💯

I bought a harvest right freeze dryer from Edouard Barchini and couldn't be more pleased. Excited to freeze dry some cherries and peaches. Arrived in timely fashion.

Great prices and fantastic customer service. Camille was extremely helpful with a warranty claim on a product I bought through them! I will definitely shop at Green Thumb Depot again.

Great prices, fantastic customer service, and mind blowing shipping! Incredible. Will be using again and telling anyone in need.
