Great customer service start to finish. Never heard of them but placed an order, got great personal easy customer care including email and direct to service phone lines. I thought my order went missing and they assured me they were on it and it arrived a couple days later! 5/5 reccomend.

The best customer service of any online retailer! Green thumb depot goes above and beyond for their customers. Whether youre a beginner level home grower or a full scale commercial cultivator, you can count on Green thumb depot to have your back. They can provide a quick and easy return process unlike many other online retailers. Like I said, these guys go above and beyond and their prices are unbeatable. Sign up for the emails to cause they actually give really great discounts. All around fantastic company.

One of the best customer service calls I had EVER. ED was really professional keeping it straight forward and simple for buying large quantities of freeze driers, giving me helpful answers and tips, I was a little sketched out at first with this whole website and ordering but getting a call from ED truly change my opinion and perspective on this company, this company really puts in the work and effort to make sure there customers get the best of the best, looking forward to buying this freeze drier and maybe a bubble hash machine as well, 10/10 customer service I will 100% come back

I cannot say enough great things about this company. Ed went above and beyond multiple times, incredibly communicative and supportive, great deals on our purchase, submitted for shipping right away, was willing to do research beyond the scope of the business, and overall just friendly and kind. Highly recommend supporting this business.

Ed made my call enjoyable. He understood immediately what my issue was and helped resolve it quickly. We continued to communicate through text until my purchase was made. I felt reassured with this company after talking with Ed.

Definitely will be a return customer. The customer service and pricing were by far the best I’ve experienced. Fast shipping and prices were lower than anywhere I searched. On top of the low on sale price, I received an extra discount. There was a hiccup in shipping, however a representative reached out to me before I could inquire. I dealt with Ed who was knowledgeable about my order without having to mention details. As well as providing round the clock service by text ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
