Great Jones Property Management recently took over the management of my residential rental properties. Communication is very good, they are very informative about what goes on. I have been pleased with their response to my questions and requests. I highly recommend using them for your management needs.

Thanks, David! We'll strive to provide you the same level of service throughout your entire partnership with Great Jones.

They were very responsive to a plumbing issue. However we have lived in the home for a month with no access to the clubhouse, pool, gym or any amenities supposedly provided. We have reached out many times trying to get resolution. Nothing!!! Also our pool timer doesn’t work to turn off and on the pump. Several requests and still no resolution.

Hi Will, Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience with us thus far. We're disappointed to hear that you have not had access to the amenities that should have been provided to you. We took a look into the matter at hand and found that there was some coordination being done with the homeowner in the background to ensure that (1) you aren't charged for anything that you shouldn't be charged for & (2) you are not held responsible for things that should fall under the duty of the homeowner. Although it may be taking a little longer than desired, we want to make sure that everything is set up and processed correctly in the beginning so that larger repair needs or issues don't arise in the future. We hope to be able to show you that we care about the resident just as much as we do the homeowner. If you have any additional questions or issues you come across regarding this or a different matter, reach us at [email protected] and we'll be sure to point you in the right direction in a prompt manner. Thanks again.

It took over 2 weeks to finally get an appointment scheduled and this was after numerous emails, texts and calls. Once it became an emergency because we had constant water running, we finally got someone scheduled. The couple that came out and completed the work were wonderful. They stayed at the house until 10pm trying to get everything done for us and then came back the next day to complete the project.

First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We're disappointed to hear that you had a less than pleasant experience with trying to get an appointment scheduled for your maintenance needs. We hope to be able to show you that your first experience is not an accurate reflection of how we strive to do things at Great Jones. We're glad to hear that you had a wonderful experience with the couple that came by to get the work done. We have a thorough vetting process to have the best of the best on retainer for maintenance needs and hope to show you in the future that we have a similar standard of excellence for communication. If in the future, if you find yourself not being able to get a hold of someone, please send [email protected] an email and we'll make sure to escalate your issue at hand.
