I went and got my haircut there C today and had a young girl cutting my hair that was still in training that jacked my hair up I still have her a good tip but the older ladies who cut there should be helping young people like that not just let them do it I honestly my will never go back

Spent 10 minutes cutting my hair and washed it. After 2 minutes of drying, sent me out with wet hair. Did not even comb my hair out after wash. Disgusting service. What’s up? You gals used to be so good. $28 is way too much to charge for a 20 min service.

Checked in online, it informed me that I was 2nd in line so I headed over to Great Clips. Arrived and monitor told me I was 2nd in line, even though I was the only person in the waiting area. One stylist was dialoging with a young guy, being loud and super-obnoxious. All stylists were moving very slowly and the monitor ket readjusting my wait time until it topped out at 38 minutes. A family of 5 walked in and sat down. The loud stylist finished and called for the guy who just walked in. He prodded his daughter to take a seat with the stylist. All 5 were there for a haircut. I was now number 6 in line. I left. This company has a broken system.

Just had an excellent haircut at the Great Clips in Mishawaka, Indiana on Main Street. The stylist was Samantha and did a scissor cut and it was perfect. They are very kind there as well and there was no wait. Well done . . .

3 stars because while I personally disliked my one and only experience, my sons like it. Maybe Great Clips is more suitable for male customers.

Terrible I checked in on line and they have me waiting for 3hour and when I checked the time went from 16 minutes to 30 so I canceled and booked to Supercuts it went faster and great service I won’t be booking with great clips again.

My stylist Suzy did a GREAT job. She listened to what I wanted done and did it. My style looks good now, and we'll see a month or so how it turns out.
