3/31/25 1. I couldn't reach my auto insurer for roadside service in a rural area. This was with a Jitterbug Smart 3. Fortunately a Good Samaritan was able to reach my insurer with their cell phone. 2 Recently Lively informed me of " Exciting News ! " a $.40 decrease on my monthly bill. I do not find this Exciting. !! 3. Great Call changing their name to Lively was poorly thought out They now share their name with a line of lingerie & a Health Savings Account.

It is shameful to keep a LOYAL customer on hold for more than 10 minutes for customer service....hire more people!!! Lucky you are getting a rating of 3.

First, it's a great phone and my mom, who's never had a cell phone before, picket right up on it. (Flip or Jitterbug.) However, we've had no luck getting her phone number transferred with excuse after excuse. Now the deadline for her landline to be turned off is near and her number she's had for 50+ years may be lost. But most concerning to me is all the spam they made her listen to when she called and that, despite saying "no" to all the questions, she ended up with charges for services she didn't want or need. It's been a challenge and she is stressed to the max.

thought jitterbug phones were for seniors well you have to be an engineer to get this phone hooked up spent over an hour and still cant figure it out iam 75 and for seniors all the hookup crap should be in the phone already iam trying to hook up alexa what the hell we older folks just need a phone to plug in and use it

I ordered a phone for my dad. the phones are made really cheap. they don't have a phone log so you can look up a number that called you. also the speaker isnt any louder than the regular phones. Also when I requested to send the phone back they told me they don't provide return labels. He is on Social security as is most of there customers and they can't provide a return label. Horrible.

My elderly family member ordered this Jitterbug flip phone. She likes its display and ease of use but there are several issues. First they quoted her $15 per month but its really $22 after taxes. The 5 star emergency button costs extra to activate. When it is plugged in and charging it beeps so loud the whole time she cannot sleep at night. She called about the beeping and was told to turn sound off while charging- not a good solution for a forgetful senior. She gets random spam text messages on brand new phone number that cost.10 each.

I have not had my phone very long. I got it just for safety purposes. It is now non-functioning! Thinking about going back to Consumer Cellular!
