I am super happy with my switch from…
I am super happy with my switch from Bank of America to Gbfcu! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! The wait time is never very long. When I go into the bank, it’s really nice to familiar faces, that truly want to help!

A small inconvenience for now....
Upon initially joining GBFC all was great. But a couple of things ticked me off as time progressed. I ordered my checks through GBFC and was told they would be mailed to me in two weeks. It has now been 6 weeks and still no checks. I have gone into your Spanish Springs branch looking for the person who helped me (May, I think) never to see her. At week 3, I went in and inquired and still no checks. I am a rancher who lives an hour away from the S.S. branch and I am 73 years old. I can't be traveling that far several times a week. And to complicate matters, that office is not open on Saturdays, even for a half day. It is a relatively small thing but important.

Efficient and pleasant loan process
The process for getting a line of credit was quick and efficient. The only issue was some quirky parameters for uploading documents which made it difficult to upload so we ended up emailing the documents. Overall, it was a very pleasant and quick process and I would recommend Great Basin Federal Credit Union to friends.

Review of staff and on line program
The staff at GBFCU on S. Virginia St. Reno, is always friendly and welcoming. I give them a 5 star rating. The online program is difficult to log into and lacks clarity.
