We did a full day trip in Munich, Germany during Oktoberfest to King Ludwig's castle with Gray Line. We had a wonderful time with Faizan, our tour guide. He was so professional, as well as informative and descriptive about King Ludwig and the castle. The bus itself was very modern, clean and offered lots of delicious treats including coffee and tea. At the end of the trip, Faizan came around and answered any questions we had which was such a nice touch. We will definitely check out Gray Line day trips again.

Adam was a miracle worker never in my life have I been on tour with someone with more energy than my wife. A true lad and scholar. Great story telling and you can tell he loves his job. Adam is a gem to grayline Orlando. And I will be back again in a few years and HOPE WE GET ADAM AS OUR TOUR LEADER

Our trip to Kennedy Space Centre with Oscar was excellent. Oscar was very helpful & informative on the journey and advised us what we should prioritise visiting .

Minus if available Oslo Hop on hop off Grayline tours Oslo #3 The sights of Oslo were wonderful, but the customer service on the bus was disappointing. The bus advertised free Wi-Fi and bottled water available from the driver. When I politely asked the driver how to connect to the Wi-Fi, he turned away without answering. Later, I wanted to purchase a bottle of water, but he again did not respond. I eventually found the Wi-Fi network name and password posted on the bus myself. A little courtesy and communication would have made a big difference. I hope the company provides better customer service in the future.

The salesman lied about the exchange rate, so the price was much higher than expected. The bus has stickers with a QR code with TripAdvisor's logo, but it leads to a fake review site.

The Gray Line – Fast Track: Park Guell & Sagrada Familia Guided Tour with Tower Access (Barcelona) – transfer included was our worst tour experience ever! The Park Guell was closed, as was the tower access, therefore, NO tours, nor transfer. All full refunds are advertised; that was not the case. Although an alternate date “will be offered”, in spite of phone calls, messages and e-mails it was NOT. Julia Travel is the Gray Line Spain contact – they direct clients back to Gray Line, who in turn defer to “our local licensee”, namely Julia Travel. At the end of the day, our tours were cancelled and NOT fully refunded. I would NOT recommend ever using Gray Line, nor Julia Travel, but instead book directly with Park Guell and Sagrada Familia for timed entry tickets.
