About a year ago I order some wireless headphones from this company they have worked great I've only had a few problems and now I have ordered the new mouse they made it has not arrived at the time of this being written but I have high hopes for it OVERALL this is a pretty good company

First thing first: -The design is unique and so on, original, they have their own universe, I personality like a lot the war damaged design, this isn't just some paint to look like damaged, the scratches have a depth, like a real one, that sound like little, but that's an awesome level of details Come next the quality, i'm not a expert in the domain, i wouldn't be able to compare to others speaker, so I'll just say my opinion on this: - I believe that for the price, the quality is great, and for my bit of knowledge in, others speaker in the same range of price are somewhat equal, but compared to Gravastar Speakers/earbuds, they are simple(in design), so with Gravastar you can have an equal quality for a similar range of price, but with a pretty cool design, + the quality itself of Gravastar is pretty good, the durability of the battery is great too, and of course the sound I didn't have a lot of instances with the support, but from my recent experience, the support seem good, I was able to feel that I talked to a human (you cannot have this feel with every support), the reply were fast, and to my surprise, they contacted me regarding the Mercury M1 Pro (Battle Worn Edition-Silver Mist), I brought along a dongle, I maybe missed the part were the dongle is packed with the mouse, or misunderstood it, so they contacted me about it, to warn me that i already get one with it, to see if I wanted to keep my other dongle I brought with the mouse or not, I was kinda surprised by this honesty, I believe that lot of others kind of enterprise wouldn't have bothered to prevent, and so on let you buy something you'll get with the main command, and so on end up with 2 same accessories, knowing that the second one will be useless/of no use So I was agreeably surprised, by their honesty, they are trustworthy and implicated The only thing that disappointed me a bit (like you can see, I still rated 5*, so that's only my personal opinion, not enough of a deal to impact the global quality and my experience with their products, I have a Mars, Sirius Pro, Supernova, Alpha65, and soon the Mercury, I think i got them all in early ship/pre-command/before their first release) was that there wasn't a metal/zinc version of the Supernova like the Mars were, surely the price would have be higher, but I would have brought the metal version if there were, though the Supernova is somewhat thought to be transported, so the weight matter, and so on I completely understand the choice of not using too much metal, + the plastic isn't a bad quality one, so that's really good, so that's not a bad point in itself Overall, I highly recommend Gravastar, for those who want some Speakers, Earbuds, or else (the mouse look real good, but since it isn't out yet, I won't say anything about it, expect to go have a look at it by yourself for the moment), and like the design, go ahead, that's what my friends did a least, no one resisted either, and they're all really satisfied/enjoying them ^^

These products are better than I even thought, will definitely be buying from Gravastar again.

I received the sirius pro Earbuds last year as a gift and immediately fell in love with the build quality of them and the unique look. Since then they have been my daily pair of Buds, I recently noticed one of the Dust Filters came off and contacted support. They were very quick to respond and are going to send me a replacement Filter free of charge with my new order. I fell in love with the sirius Pro, but with their quick and helpful support, they now have a loyal customer, and I really can't wait to get the new M1 Mouse I pre-ordered.

Headphones came well protected and nicely presented look cool and work well

Great products, customer service Is very responsive and satisfying.

Every little thing about my robot charging friend is wonderful. It was extremely well packaged as well.
