Delivered fast and in great fashion! Packaged clean and securely and the keyboard is everything I hoped it would be. A very creamy mechanical sound that isn’t too loud or obnoxious, and the mouse is light but comfortable with a expensive feel to it. The keyboard feels like it’s about 5-10 pounds and I love the fact that it’s heavy. Easy to setup software for rgb lights and customization! Definitely buying my next keyboard from these guys!

They confirmed cancel + "full refund processed" in writing, then flipped to: withdraw the Affirm dispute first, or wait Affirm's clock. On Sep 18 they emailed their own Shopify screen showing Paid / Unfulfilled / Chargeback open $222.26 with evidence controls still available (deadline Sep 25). So they can accept — they choose not to. Then they asked me to delete my Trustpilot review. Don't buy from GravaStar if you need the order to actually arrive or the refund to stick.
