Like the product its very light and awesome to use.. no issues with it..

Easy to order on the website. Fast service. Love the war damaged style. So far I have the keyboard and Nova speaker. Both very solidly built. Can't speak for the quality of the speaker. I'm no audio file. Just love the styling and build quality.

Um auch wieder etwas positives hinzuzufügen: Nach 5 Werktagen den Support angeschrieben, dieser antwortete prompt und das Sende-Label wurde erstellt und die Lieferung erfolgte 2 Tage später. Ich weiß natürlich nicht, wie lang es sich sonst hingezogen hätte mit dem Versand, wenn man nicht nachfragt aber gibt schlimmeres in meinen Augen. Die Tastatur ist echt super nice, lässt sich leicht verbinden wenn man die Anleitung auch befolgt (hab ich natürlich zuerst nicht) und läuft bis jetzt ohne Probleme. Anleitung ist sogar auf deutsch - also auch so, das man sie versteht xD Thx GravaStar :)

Just perfect

Worst experience ever when buying a product. After three weeks back and forth I can only return the item. Dozens of mails/ videos fotos shared. Gravastar had an error and false info on the website regarding pairing speakers. No compensation at all. Cleary customer service is outsourced and done by a bunch of amatuers who only think about the short term in and no loyalty for returning customers. All about the money and nothing else :: in addition to the response below which was very very nice acting I got from Gravastar I contacted them againg and I tought they would offer a decent a solution. This was their response: “So did you decide to return the package to resolve this after-sales issue? Since the inconvenience was caused by the lack of illustration, our company will cover the shipping fee as promised before” ONLY THE SHIPPING FEE AND RETURN. ABSOLUTELY BS. Only responding to bad reviews for the people to read. Nothing for all the trouble at all 3 weeks of frustration be aware people!!!!

I bought the GravaStar Mercury M1 Pro Gradient-Black and overall, it’s a great mouse. I would’ve given it 5-stars if it fits my hand better. I have slightly larger hands, so it feels abit small for me. That said, the design and aesthetic are outstanding. The customizable RGB lightning is a nice touch and looks really cool on the desk. I also use a GravaStar keyboard, and both pair perfectly together. I haven’t fully tested the battery life yet, so I can’t comment much on that. But overall, I’d still highly recommend this mouse, especially if you can grab it during Black Friday Sale.

For my second time buying from Gravastar it was just as effortless! i found what I wanted and did not get spammed with oh hey here is this and or that. Just strait forward and done.
