I initially tried to return my order because the product pictures on the website were (atleast to me) misleading. Ordered a Qwertz layout eventhough the pictures showed Qwerty. Unfortunately, I received no response from customer support despite emailing both the .DE and .COM addresses. They reached out to me after a few weeks in order to sort things out. That said, the issue was eventually resolved. I received most of my money back, although I had to pay for the return shipping myself, which is understandable, and the original shipping costs were not refunded. The process took quite a while, but thanks to Suki from customer support, everything was sorted out in the end.

Me and my girlfiend received two different pairs of GravaStar headphones as gifts (Sirius PRO P9). While the design is incredibly unique, the hardware quality is unacceptable. On both units, the batteries completely failed after minimal use, and now hold a charge for less than 5 minutes tops. When I contacted customer service, they confirmed the units are completely sealed and cannot be repaired. However, because these were gifts and I don't have the original order number, GravaStar refused to honor a warranty replacement—even though I provided the physical serial numbers proving they are authentic products. If you buy these, know that you are buying a disposable product. If the battery dies, or if you receive it as a gift, customer service will just offer you a discount code to spend more money on another faulty unit. Buyer beware. UPDATE! after the company’s public reply: I contacted GravaStar again exactly as requested and referenced this Trustpilot review. Unfortunately, despite the public statement about “reviewing the case” and “finding a better way forward,” the final outcome remained unchanged. The headphones still cannot be repaired because the units are sealed and no replacement batteries exist. Although I provided authentic serial-numbered products, GravaStar again refused warranty replacement because the headphones were gifts and I do not have the original order number. So to clarify for future buyers: the public response did not result in any actual resolution, exception, or replacement offer beyond another discount code to purchase a new unit. The design is great. The battery reliability and warranty support were not.

Amazing, the keyboard and mouse are good quality the keyboard is heavy and the mouse is less than 50grams Originally I thought it was plastic but I looked up that magnesium alloy is very light, and that made it even better! Keyboard : well made, Great online software and user friendly set up within 5minutes. Mouse: well made, Great online software again, super smooth to glide around dpi settings and poling rates amazing. Price : was in USD expensive but well worth it! Future purchase : Yes! Customer service : I felt when contacting the customer service it was AI I was talking to and I didn't like that Delivery : from China to Australia it was well backed box was damaged but product was fine Suggestions : start making computer cases that match the keyboard design as I would love my setup to match it all. Conclusion: if you want a good keyboard or mouse I would strongly suggest gravastar as my other keyboard I have had since 2015 and I have not found a keyboard to replace it until now I feel this is it and that's 11 years of searching for a keyboard, the mouse I always have a mouse that is plastic and rubber and my hand sweat eats away at the rubber ruining my mouse, so this.mouse being metal skeleton allows my hand to breath while gaming and even though the magnesium alloy corrods over time gravastar has added a protective coating over their mice. I hope my review has helped you decide on whether to buy or not.

The Mercury K1 Cloud keyboard was exactly what I was looking for! 75%, Gradient from grey to white, shine through caps, plug and play integration with SignalRGB, unique metal frame, great keystroke feel, the customizable RGB side lighting was a huge plus (fn + shift and fn + ?), great price point. Super happy with this thank you!

Initially, I had a very frustrating experience because my package was marked as delivered but never arrived, and communication from support was very slow. There was a lot of back-and-forth emailing and waiting throughout the process. However, to be fair, the GravaStar customer service team eventually contacted me and arranged a replacement shipment. I have now successfully received the replacement package, and everything arrived safely and in good condition. I still believe the communication and support process during lost-package situations could be improved, but I appreciate that the company ultimately took responsibility and resolved the issue.

The keyboard feels like an old hotwheels, the same kind of metal, heavy but by that reason feels of better quality. and already configure the keyboard to react with the led lights. I love the keyboard.
