Ellen, what a review! This seriously made our day. We LOVE hearing that you’re enjoying the Rosé for those everyday moments and that the White has earned a spot in the kitchen, too. A glass while you’re cooking dinner? That sounds like the perfect Gratsi moment to us! 🍷 And thank you for calling out the customer service, free delivery, and summer shipping care. We put a lot of thought into making the entire experience easy and stress free, from the moment you place your order to the moment you’re pouring that first glass. “Gratsi has got it all figured out to a T” is definitely going on the office accolade wall. ❤️ Thank you, Ellen, for being part of the Gratsi family and for taking the time to share such an amazing review. Cheers to you! 🥂

Laurie, DANG! What an incredible review! 🥹🥂❤️ You just made our entire day! We LOVE hearing how much you’ve fallen in love with Gratsi, from the crisp White to the Red with your nightly pizza and pasta. Honestly, a little glass of Gratsi with dinner sounds like a pretty perfect way to end the day! 🍷🍝🍕 And hearing that our Customer Support team has stood out to you means SO much. We work hard to make sure the experience is just as good as the wine, so being called “superior to all other companies” is a HUGE compliment! 🥹 We’re also so glad you’re enjoying the benefits of being a subscriber and that Gratsi has become part of your everyday routine. That’s exactly what we hoped for when we created it: great wine that fits naturally into real life. Thank you for being part of the Gratsi family, Laurie, and for spreading the Gratsi love! “Gratsi ROCKS” might just be our favorite part of this entire review. ❤️🥂 Cheers to many more nightly glasses!

Hi Lee, We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with this experience. We know how frustrating it can be when an order doesn’t arrive as expected, especially when you’re waiting on part of a wine delivery. We reviewed the communication around order #802145 and want to share what we found. The tracking showed that the wine was delivered on August 18 and was awaiting pickup. Our team reached out to you multiple times with the tracking information and details on where the package was available for pickup, but we didn’t receive a response to those messages. We also went a step further and sent an additional box as a courtesy, even though our policy normally requires photos and additional information when an item is reported missing. We’re disappointed that we weren’t able to connect with you and get this resolved in a way that left you feeling taken care of. We truly value our subscribers and always want to make sure we have the opportunity to help when something goes wrong. If you’d still like our help with this order, we’d be happy to continue the conversation directly and make sure we do everything we can to assist. Just shoot us an email at [email protected] ❤️ The Gratsi Team
