excellent help and customer service, Patsy was absolutely wonderful

We had a WONDERFUL salesperson in the Charlottesville Va store. Her name was Susan Brensack (I'm not sure how to spell her last name). We ordered a fireplace and sectional couch. They delivery was a little rough as the wrong product was delivered but they left us with the couch until they could deliver the right one to us so we didn't have to sit on the floor. Throughout the whole buying process Susan was a dream. My S/O and I were in there three times trying to find our dream couch and each time she was very patient. She never made us feel like we had to buy anything. She was very responsive. She left us have our freedom and wonder around but checked on us so we weren't left without help. When we had a problem with our delivery, she called us and was very sweet and informed us of what was going on. The whole experience was wonderful and we are so happy with our purchase. They delivery people even brought us doughnuts and that was just the best. Thank you Susan for being so "grand" and helping us make our dream living room become our reality.

Brian Farley who helped us at the Grands store in Beckley wv was great. So nice knowlegable of furniture an always a smile on his face. Also can't say enough nice things about the manager Steve Tincher. He is indeed what every store needs in a manager. Kind ,helps you in every way an even calls you to thank you again for shopping with Grands. These 2 men should be recognized by the owners of the company. I will always shop at thus location because of the kindness they show. Thanks Brian an Steve

My family shops Grand because of the familiar faces, the excellent selection of furniture, the wide selection and maybe for the bottle of coke and freshed baked cookies too!!
