We were struggling getting things switched around in terms and classes, and Kate helped us out with the complicated process.

The issue was resolved completely the first time, and very timely. It's a pleasure to work with Kate Nevar, she is always knowledgeable, pleasant and just a joy to have as a contact person.

Axel is always very helpful. He goes out of his way to help me fix errors or problems that we are having. He makes short videos for me to help me make the needed changes. His emails are always kind even when I have bugged him. I really appreciate him!!

Axel responded in a quick fashion with a video thoroughly explaining my question. This made it easy for me to do the task from my end.

Josue helped me with all of my needs and I was able to get my report cards formatted the way I wanted.

Axel is always available and prompt with his responses and helpfulness. When he fixes something, he will explain to me how he did it which is helpful.
