Responded right away and was able to guide me in the right direction for a correction to a transcript. Our issue was fixed immeditally.

The support team is always so helpful. Axel, who is my Engineering Solutions Team support person is always so quick to respond and assist me with all of my needs. He is very efficient and thorough when explaining something to me and always leaves me feeling capable and successful!

Kate Nevar was extremely responsive and helpful. She responded to my inquiry faster than I've ever experienced during my work with Gradelink which I truly appreciated. It takes at least a day to get responses, typically, when entering an issue via Gradelink help desk. I appreciate Kate's quick response time and prompt resolution to my issue and follow-up on a separate issue.

Christina is always very helpful every time I reach out with Gradelink questions. (and it's a lot during the school year!). Even if it is a repeat question, because I forgot how to do something or I want to suggest a new feature she is prompt, helpful and patient. Since taking this position, my first encounter with Gradelink professionals were timely and professional. Specifically, I have communicated with Kate on multiple occasions and without fail, she has represented the Gradelink brand and supported our school with the utmost integrity. Response time is always almost immediate. The experience has not once been intimidating or condescending.
