GradelinkReviews of gradelink.com

As an administrator, Gradelink is fairly easy to use. The Help feature is usually a good option with basic questions, and the Customer Service is quick to respond for questions not found in the Help section. There are some things that I could fix but mostly I'm happy with the program.

Gradelink covers all the essential academic functions we need—grade management, attendance, transcripts, and scheduling—and overall, it performs reliably. That said, I hope to see more flexibility in features like transcript layout and customization, which would better meet the varied needs of different schools. What truly stands out is the support team. Whenever I reach out, their responses are always patient, prompt, and helpful. This level of customer service has made a big difference, especially as I’m still new to the system.

I would like to express my satisfaction in working closely with a particular member of the support team, Axel Maldini; as he is always willing to assist in most precise, and simplest way; it's been such hepful to transition to the usage of Gradelink with him, and it is still great have him guide at any time even now!

For how I used your product, It worked well. I didn't use all the tabs because they didn't apply to me.

Great product, easy to use, would like simpler synching with Google Classroom, otherwise, very satisfied.

Attendance was easy to put on gradelink. Missing assignments were easy to track on gradelink.
