I had a dress custom ordered to my size and the shoulders didnt fit. Their return policy is terrible. If it is custom made it should fit. Terrible product

Gracins professionals did a wonderful job on my gown for my wedding. It started out rocky because my measurements were out of whack. They were so patient with me waiting for the right measurements. I just want everyone to know how beautiful & perfect my gown is. I’m so happy with the Gracins Service Team 😍! Thank you Gracins!

The dresses we purchased for my son’s wedding were absolutely gorgeous, elegant, and beautifully made. They went above and beyond to ensure we received them weeks before the wedding, giving us plenty of time to prepare and feel confident for the special day. Their customer service was exceptional—they communicated with me throughout the entire process and patiently answered every question I had. I couldn’t be happier with our experience and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful dresses and outstanding service. ❤️

I received the black dress and this company didn’t let me return it. Do not shop here online at Gracin’s. They emailed and asked me why I wanted to return. I told them I couldn’t zip it up and it was too small. I asked for their address to Return and they never gave it to me! I paid 129.99 for a dress. I emailed numerous times and gave my phone number and address and they didn’t email or call me back. I feel like reporting to the Better Business Bureau. I didn’t realize it wasn’t an American Company.

I love the quality and beauty of this dress.
