My NAVY blue dress showed up ROYAL…
My NAVY blue dress showed up ROYAL blue... this is a dress for my son's wedding an has to be NAVY! Of course, it can't be returned, so I'm stuck with a dress that I can't wear.

Poor returns policy
Dress is great quality but didn’t fit. Your ease and fairness of returns is lacking compared to other companies I order from. That is disappointing and due to that I won’t risk ordering from you again.
