Dress is lovely, well constructed,and very flattering. I was excited to wear it as a wedding guest,but the color was ha letdown. I chose navy,yet the dress I received looks royal blue instead. I need navy for my son's wedding,with no return option. I'm stuck with the wrong color.

My overall experience with Gracins was really great. I love the fabrics, styles, price and colors of the three dresses I bought. I ordered with custom measurements and had a few notes and everything was followed really well. One of the dresses is a little more form fitting than the style had me believe (trapeze) and the fabric is different than described but it’s still a great dress. The one issue I had that gracins had no control over was the week long diversion of my package across the country by mistake. I watched its progress on the tracking email. Slightly frustrating but I built a week into my deadline so all was fine. I would absolutely order from gracins again.

This was such a great purchase. The dress looks stylish and we'll put together, with beautiful details that catch the eye. I got several compliments throughout the event.

The dress is beautiful but is too big around the bust and waist. Do you alter?
