I had a dress custom ordered to my size and the shoulders didnt fit. Their return policy is terrible. If it is custom made it should fit. Terrible product

Terrible return policy! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I received the black dress and this company didn’t let me return it. Do not shop here online at Gracin’s. They emailed and asked me why I wanted to return. I told them I couldn’t zip it up and it was too small. I asked for their address to Return and they never gave it to me! I paid 129.99 for a dress. I emailed numerous times and gave my phone number and address and they didn’t email or call me back. I feel like reporting to the Better Business Bureau. I didn’t realize it wasn’t an American Company.

I would not even give it 1 star but 0 was not an option. Horrible service, horrible quality, horrible return policy. Do not waste your time, money or energy on this scam of a site.

DON'T GET SCAMMED!! Just know that if you decide to spend your money with this company, you will be throwing your money away. Their sizing chart is incredibly inaccurate! The dress was pretty but quiality left a lot to be desired. And returning or exchanging anything is basically impossible. They want me to pay to ship this to freaking Hong Kong...PLUS they would still not refund the entire amount. You would have better luck buying on Amazon or finding something at your local mall.

I've tried to return this item multiple times and no one has gotten back to me.
