Loved the packaging. I bought mine from Target. Paid a pretty penny. I love the over all writing of them. But , the colors advertised were off by alot. On the web site the colors names were different than the ones at Target. But over all I love them I just have to make my own color corrections. Target brand Classic Palette, Rustic Reverie Raspberry. Hunter green. Orchid. Moss green. Orange. Ecru. Marigold. Ochre. Emerald. Rust. Teal. Saddle brown. Blueberry. Wine red. Blue. Coffee. Black. Black blue. So beware order from the actual site.

Have not received order i placed in July

I've tried to contact customer service about my glitter gel pens leaking.

Their products look nice, but shipping times and customer service are abysmal. I just found out you can buy their products on Amazon (2 day delivery with Prime). Next time I want something from Grabie, I'll take this route.

I purchased a past scrapbooking box and when I received it, several of the items were substituted with items that do not fit in the theme. I purchased the box mainly for the dragonfly die cuts, and that was one of the items that was substituted. Such a bummer. I reached out to their service email and heard nothing. I then reached out on the “Contact Us” form on the website and still didn’t hear anything. I like the items that I got that were supposed to be in the box, but I’m so disappointed in the items that were substituted and with the lack of communication.

I placed my order 12 days ago, money was drafted from my account almost immediately. According to the USPS tracking number provided my order has been sitting in Jamaica, NY and has not moved. I find this unacceptable and doubt I will ever order from Grabie again.

I can't review the products I ordered because I have not received them yet. I did email Grabie and received a response that because my item wasn't in stock at their warehouse they were shipping it from their factory in SHANGHI! First, I was disappointed that these items were coming from China. Had I know that upfront I wouldn't have ordered. Second, I have no idea when my order will be arriving. I did get an email that I could track but when I tried to track it said my order would be delivered on April 4 or 5th, 2022. It's now 2023! Also, I don't like putting in my personal information to track from China. I have no idea who is getting that information. Had I know there would be a long shipping time I wouldn't have ordered either. I responded to the company my concerns regarding this and have not received a response. As of now, I have no idea when I'll get my order and had I been given information upfront I would have ordered from some other place. I don't think their business practices are upfront with customers. I'm pretty disappointed because I would have ordered from them again had this gone smoother because they have some nice products but definitely not worth the long shipping time. Too late to cancel and I can't imagine the headache a return would be.
