An easy process
The product descriptions and choices made comparison shopping easy. All parts of the shopping cart and checkout process were fine. I got transactional emails throughout the delivery process (DHL) letting me know the status and location of the package and through customs.

its not bad but....
its not bad but the stock fan curve is really loud, and it kept shutting off and rebooting by itself and causing issues, i had to research what was going on and apparently the SN770 that came in it needed a firmware update so i had to download another program for that but so far its doing better

Great Experience
I had a very good experience with this company, the item was received within the time frame stated on the website and it worked perfect. The only reason I did not give five stars was because the wording with shipping details, they need to be a little more clear, the reason I say this is because when reading the shipment details I thought my or was going to be shipped to warehouse where I had to pick it up and I almost cancelled my order, but I got a quick response from GPD explaining the shipping method and it was shipped to my home so great customer service on their part foir the quick response to my email and explaining how the shipment would be delivered. I would definitely buy from this company in the future.
