Thank you for your feedback. We take concerns like this seriously. We were unable to locate an order or customer account based on the information provided in this review. We would welcome the opportunity to review the matter further if you contact our support team with your order details. For clarity, our company is a third party application assistance service and is not affiliated with the U.S. government. This information is disclosed throughout the website prior to checkout. Our service provides guided document preparation, application review, and step by step filing instructions, while government passport fees are paid separately to the issuing agency. We remain available to assist and answer any questions regarding our services.
