Terrible. The company sent a poor basket, nothing like the picture online. They constantly text and email, though I’ve asked them to remove me from their list.

Do not purchase anything from Gourmet Gift Baskets!! I purchased a Sympathy Gift Basket for a grieving family overseas. I purchased the additional insurance to ensure the item arrived in good condition. The delivery driver didn't attempt to deliver it to the recipient's door. They left it outside the property gate in desert heat. Everything spoiled. I requested a refund. I was told I could accept a credit or they could re-send the item. They couldn't guarantee it would arrive in edible condition. I explained a credit is of no use. I'm in Australia. After further correspondence where I asked about the insurance coverage I purchased, I was told a full refund had been processed and would be received in 7-10 working days. That was a month ago. The refund has not been received. I'm currently waiting on a response to a follow-up.

Based in Canada, cannot ship to the USA with border changes. Accepted a next day delivery fee, which is not currently possible. Said they emailed me about delays but a search of my inbox found no such email. Do not use

Poor delivery commitment, and long lead time. Don't expect delivery on time, and ensure you order well in advance. Writing this and my order still hasn't delivered... frustrating.

I did not want to pay a $25 delivery charge, so I ordered a $3.95 delivery date. They still charged me $25 delivery. I checked the box to send an email to recipients IMMEDIATELY after ordering, alerting them of delivery. They received no email. Order was delivered Friday. I got notice Sunday night 9:45 PM saying my order was just delivered. THESE IDIOTS ARE LIARS, CRIMINALS, AND ASLEEP. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered a gift basket on 8/13 for same day delivery on 8/14 after not receiving the item and trying 3 times to contact them I final was able to get ahold of representative. They apologized for the item not being delivered and said the item was not eligible for same day delivery. It took me contacting them to receive this update. They said they would be unable to fulfill my order, they did refund my money but when I asked if they could offer a replacement basket of some sort they said they could only do a replacement or refund even though they messed up. All in all I took the refund but recommend not going through them their customer service is terrible

Got to the check out screen and they had tripled the shipping cost. Called and got someone who barely speaks English and was told there is an unadvertised base shipping amount in addition to the amount you select by delivery date. Shipping charges totaled almost as much as the basket. No thank you! Plenty of other companies to order from.

SCAM! Ordered it for same day delivery. I even called and confirmed they received it and all was good. Tracking wasn;t working and so I called to check when it would be delivered. They said it was never delivered because it was "out of stock" . Just like that. I paid for same day and everything! No one called me! No one emailed me! No one did anything! SCAM!!!
