gosund.comReviews of gosund.store

It is beyond infuriating to purchase smart plugs, outlets and switches and the app to control them makes you watch ads for their own products before you can control your own outlets. Then when you complain on the play store a bot replys. Sad.

14 days after placing the order and receiving the order confirmation, the order has been canceled just by refunding without further notice. Never again gosund!

It only works on 2.4 G which they don't tell you until after you buy it. Dated technology. Yesterday's news. They make it very difficult to return it if not impossible

After a week of conversing the company stood by thier product and gave full refund.

Ordered their stuff thru Amazon, with no issues. When they went solo, nothing but an unorganized mess! Ordered 2 9’, 1 16’ & 1 32’ LED Strip lights cuz they were on sale. What I received was not that. After a few emails they eventually made it right but not before telling me they didn’t even sell a 32’ Led strip light even tho it’s on the website. So I said okay.. I guess I’ll just go with the 2 16’… they send me a 32’…. Whaaaat??? I order a robot vacuum cuz again, SALE. After a few days I email asking if all is well, they say yes it’ll ship soon & I’ll receive tracking when it does. So I wait. Then on a Mon morning I wake up to two emails back to back from 855pm the night before saying “your order has shipped!” The other “your order was delivered! On or near your front porch.” Both emails delivered at the same time. At 855pm. So I go look for my order like yay!! Except no cuz it’s no where to be found. I’m currently going back & fourth with “Muri” & “Sapphire” about where my vacuum is. They shipped it thru Amazon International? I cannot read the website as it’s not in English. I see NO contact info for them, so Muri says “no prob we will contact them”. Days go by. I then ask what’s up, she says she’s “discussing with the sales team as the driver swears he dropped it at my home.” So then I’m like “just refund me for heavens sake”. Now they want me to call the carrier & speak with them, THEN they’ll refund me. But why not give me this number the first time around?! I don’t like this. All I want is what I paid for. It’s their responsibility as the shipper to make sure my package arrives, it did not. Now I’m just sad. I see the vacuum is sold out now so I wonder if that’s why I’m getting the run around. I’ll be very disappointed.

Has to be the worst company for years I've used say 3 to 5 days delivery 5 days still not shipped tried email no reply as yet.didnt even get a email to say my order has been paid nore awaiting shipping . Only 8 for as proof is my screenshoot of site and my bank statement ..also this is meant to be a uk company aswell as Hong Kong so weres my order coming from

Have owned multiple gosund light bulbs for a few years now. Despite their limitations in connection and recognition with other control apps I have been happy to perceive. However upon logging on this evening to adjust light levels for our dog to sleep it was akin to clicking on a shopping link. I understand all free to use apps need ad revenue but when I have ready made the upfront purchase of the item its then derogatory to strip its functions away and bombard me with adverts
