App incompatible with iPhone SE 2020 apparently due to small screen size - can't sign up!

I purchased a toaster from Gosund and it functioned properly for about a month when one of the levers that you push the bread down with became difficult to depress. I contacted Gosund and they said it was under warranty and they would get back to me as to weather they would replace or refund my money. Several weeks went by with no response so I repeated this process several more times with no results. Contacted them today and they said they would refund my money but wanted me to send them a video of the toaster. When I explained to them that the problem would not show up in a video they insisted on the video. I have purchased many items from this company with no problems but have purchased my lasy Gosund product

Their products do work well, but half of my order never arrived and they don't seem to care. Customer service told me "it's in transit" after it had been sitting for a month in TX (I'm in CO). When I replied back asking for a refund or for my order to be reshipped, three separate times... I never got a response. Their customer service line just puts you on hold until transferring you to a I placed this order in November, it's now the end of January. I'm filing a chargeback.

The lights work great and I control them through Google. No issues at all. Price is great! I am having to cancel my plugs order though because it's been 35 days and the order still hasn't been shipped (ordered through their website instead of Amazon). They must be on delay, but I am tired of waiting.

Bought 4 smart plugs from Amazon, they connected easily and work with Alexa. I was mostly interested in monitoring energy usage which is a great feature with these plugs. I can't understand the negative reviews but it is early days, if they stop working well I'll update my review

Products are cheap but not good quality and would glitch after some time

Have yet to experience a problem; bought on Amazon, and now buy directly from them since their discounts are better than what i get on Amazon (1 order via Amazon, 3 via their app). If you get an occasional ad on the app and are thinking of something, you might want to look at it and see if what you want is discounted (just saved over $30 on this order.. I think it was $30.70 off).
