I decided this year to get a storage unit at Go Store It - Long Point 58 Belle Point Drive Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464 (843) 388-3466 I was charged $137 in January 2026. Now, my bill is $276 a month without any notice. I feel compelled to share my experience with this company, as it is important for potential customers to be informed. I encountered several misleading practices that made me feel misled and frustrated. It seems they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction, and I believe many others may have had similar experiences. If you value transparency and integrity in your business dealings, I advise you to think twice before engaging with them. It's crucial to choose companies that prioritize honesty and customer care. Please take this as a warning--there are better options out there that genuinely value their clients. Also, your customer care person ERIC he is extremely rude and careless. Almost like he is trained to talk that way to customers. He will not even let me talk. RUDE!!!

O don't do it. They increase with only a month notice. Our 10x10 we had for 2 years just went from $215-$315. And I got stuck in the elevator took the fire department to get me out about an hour later, was super hot, they didn't even care.

Don’t rent from these people. Robots always answer the phone so you get nothing accomplished. And they will jack your rate up sky high. From 70$ to 116$ . Scammers stealings.

There were moths in the facility. respond in a timely . I had to move my stuff out because of the moths.

I rented a unit with go store it which they told me was going to be $159 upon my next payment due it was $336. I called them to ask why such high increase and because I spoke up about it they tried to negotiate down to $259 which is still quite expensive for a storage unit. I think they should have lawsuits against them with so many people complaining about this same issue.

Storage units in Mt home ar 72653 has went up since they change company name. We are currently looking elsewhere for cheaper rates.

Worst experience ever. Save yourself the frustration. The door on our unit broke one weekend, wouldn’t close. ZERO humans available until Monday. Our stuff sat there open. Service line was worse than useless. Then 2 months in, they raised the rent from $91 to $157 then offered us their “best rate” of $124. so if you want your stuff to be insecure, have zero service, pay too much, and have to move it again to a competitor who can actually run their business, this is the right place for you.

Re go store it walnut street — Charleston. SC. — The move in was easy. But no human exists to help with any issue. And their virtual assistants don’t work. The fees go up sky high very quickly after you are moved in — but that is their business model and to be expected. The main horrible issue is that they charge your credit cards before the agreed charge date — but if you have moved out they don’t refund you. They make it impossible to notify for a move out. Not an option on your account. So this is a scam in several ways. If there is a better service you should try to find it.
