The manager at the 12 south location in Nashville is amazing! I asked about getting an extender for a necklace my boyfriend got me last year for my birthday since I haven't been able to wear it due to a small size, but the extender would ruin the style so she offered for me to exchange the item. I brought the necklace in today and was so happy to get a new, similar necklace I can now wear! Amazing customer service, would 100% recommend buying from here!

Absolutely love Gorjana jewelry ! I have been a loyal customer since the very beginning in Laguna! Beautiful selection! The only thing is that I have very sensitive skin and get a reaction if the real gold isn’t solid gold. Some of the real gold isn’t solid, but other than that great pricing, great quality and design!

I generally know what I want, go in and purchase. Sales staff are very helpful and sweet. Store is clean and inviting. I do wish they would have sales especially for return clients via email.

The response to my claim about the stack ring set tarnishing was quick. Gorjana replaced after I provided adequate proof to support the condition of the jewelry. TYVM

My niece loved the adjustable bracelet. Delivery was one day after the initial delivery date but it worked out fine. Ordering on the website is very easy.

For the prices… I’ve had numerous faulty items - tarnishing, breaking etc. their policy only allows for you to return the faulty item and receive a new one, which will later on (again) tarnish or break. Extremely disappointing and not fair as someone who purchases a gold or solid gold item only for it to break and not properly be reimbursed. Embarrassing of the company. They do not care:)
