Love this jewelry and the warranty. You have the best of the basics, cute new designs and customer service. The manager at the Easton store is so attentive and thoughtful.

I purchased a necklace approximately a year ago and the gold plating had worn off. When I visited the store to purchase a new necklace, the saleswoman noticed my tarnished necklace and offered to replace it for free. So now I am wearing 2 necklaces and they look great together. I purchased the 2nd necklace because Gorjana stands behind their products.

I absolutely love my horseshoe charm! Unfortunately, I lost my original one after just a few days because the clasp kept opening. I reached out to gorjana’s customer service, and they were so kind and helpful. They replaced my charm at no cost, which I really appreciated! My new charm is beautiful, and the clasp works perfectly this time. I’m so happy to be wearing it again!
