I went to the store to pick up a gift I ordered online, but when I ordered I forgot to let anyone know my purchase was a gift. When I told the sales associate she said No Problem and immediately gift wrapped my purchase! I was so pleased that it posed no problem and she was so helpful and pleasant.

Very poor customer service for online orders. Very poor communication regarding delivery date delays. No personal interactions - just responded with "unfortunately" statements. Really dissapointed...won't order online again.

I went into gorjana intending to return a necklace my husband had bought me, and instead walked out genuinely happy — with something I truly loved — thanks to Alexa. She was incredibly patient, kind, and thoughtful throughout the entire experience. She encouraged me, in such a pleasant and non-pushy way, to look at other pieces before making a decision. What stood out most was that she genuinely cared that I liked what I was buying. There were several necklaces I tried on that she could tell I wasn’t completely excited about, and instead of just trying to make a sale, she kept helping me find something that felt right. Alexa took her time, showed me so many options, and never rushed me once. She was warm, attentive, and even offered me a Saratoga water, which was such a nice touch. I came in planning to return something and ended up exchanging it and buying something extra because she made the experience so enjoyable and personal. Outstanding customer service.
