The staff at the Montecito are always so amazing! From the moment you enter you’re welcomed in and the staff is always so friendly! I’ve been to other Gorjana locations and none compare to the Montecito location.

I was visiting Denver Colorado and I stopped by Park Meadows Mall on SaturdayJuly 11th 2026 around 2PM. Myself and my neice stopped in Gorjana shop to look at the initial pendants and bracelets. The young white girl treated us like "How did you all get into this store , let alone the mall" She was very rude,unprofessional, not pleasant at all. No class or tact a straight racist when it came to approaching us. It was definitely because we where black because her interaction with the other customers was totally different very friendly,helpful and approachable. I'm a NP and can purchase anything I place my hand on but after we where treated the way she treated us, we left the store. I was so upset and mad. I wanted to go back and give her a piece of my mind but it wasn't going to end well. I advised anybody and everybody to by pass walk passed this store.

The best Jewelry! I wear it constantly and it never fades or turns

My most recent order# GOR196935025 arrived But Not I wanted. The earrings are Too, Too small wouldn’t fit my earlobe. During purchase I received a “discount” but it appears for my pending purchase the change of a “discount” doesn’t seem possible.

The website is so easy to navigate and the jewelry is quality, unique and beautiful.

The sales people are so nice. Great selection of jewelry!

I knew it was small, but this was extremely small. It was somewhat overpriced.
