Been a customer since I discovered them in CA in 2019, the most perfect simple quality jewelry there is. The price point is spot on, paying for quality daily jewelry and even the fine jewelry. I cannot get enough, use them for gifts often. Bought the Shell Huggies, perfect daily earring for summer. Obsessed.

I have purchased many rings and all of them have tarnished within two years. The company does guarantee the jewelry won't tarnish. The fact is, it does. They make the customer engage in high effort to return items at customer costs. It is overpriced gold coated jewelry. I think they bank on the reality that people won't go through the effort to make the return once it does tarnish.

I love my crew earrings..however the silver earrings turned bad in color in a very short time. Naturally very disappointed. Customer service sent another but if it happens again I’d be very unhappy. I’ve also purchased gifts so I am concerned they won’t last. No water or oils so we’ll see. If they use a better material then I’d be more of a fan.
