We used Go Real Europe for our trip to the Cesky Krumlov, Prague and Budapest in 2015. Wonderful customer service and planning assistance. Our hotels in all three places were excellent and convenient to all of the sites. We would definitely contact Go Real Europe again for future trips.

We trusted Go Real Europe to put a package together that was to our budget and desiderata. We were very impressed with the quality and locations of the hotels we stayed in which were all centrally located. Transportation tickets were provided, detailed tours were informative and the guides were top notch in terms of information and history provided. We would recommend Go Real Europe without hesitation and would happily use their services again.

The people at GoReal know how to make your travel one you will never forget. It was our first time to travel abroad and they made everything effortless and worry free. From the step by step instructions, personal guided tours, transportation and hotels, we felt very comfortable with our surroundings. Safety is one concern we had and that was on their priority list as well. GoReal staff is amazing and our trip is one we will never forget. They took the worry out of our visit. From obtaining ground transportation, to selecting hotel accommodations that were in the center of all that we wanted to see and do (and were in themselves very nice). Our guides were outstanding!! I highly recommend this company without any reservation.

Go Real Europe did an fabulous job helping us with our Eastern European vacation and we highly recommend them! Everything they organized for us, including hotels, transportation, city guides and tourist attraction details and maps were excellent. We were on our own, not with a group, so had the flexibility to modify our day's suggested outings whenever we needed to. We had the planning and organization that a guided group tour can provide but the freedom to do it our own way. This is for people that are good at reading maps, don't mind taking public transportation and like adventure. The cost of the trip fits well into a budget traveler's wallet but the accommodations were all 4 or 5 star hotels. This took the stress, worry and anxiety out of our travels because we were picked up and taken to the airport and given exact directions how to use the trains or buses and provided the tickets for all the public transportation! We even had a private driver from Vienna to Cesky Krumlov! Even when our plane arrival was delayed over 2 hours, we figured our airport pick-up would be long gone. But low and behold, he was there with my name on a sign! When I asked him how long he had been waiting, he said not long as he had checked the plane's arrival status online. Now that is efficiency! We worked with Jan and he answered all our questions and eased any concerns we had. The hotels were conveniently located in the historical town centers making it easy to walk to lots of the main attractions. Each hotel, although in historical older buildings, were modernized, clean, had WIFI and sumptuous delicious buffet breakfasts. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. We had a private tour guide in every city that provided us with us a very interesting overview of their city. Each tour started at 9:30 am which was a perfect start time for us. We only wish we could use Go Real Europe's services for travels everywhere!

GoRealEurope delivered on our requests - but, given the four days which were available, we realized that we requested too much! We are nearly 70 years old, and I underestimated to amount of walking that there was to be done (as well as my body's reaction to it!). The full "print at home" Itinerary and "narrative" provided by GRE was excellent. (You COULD get lost, temporarily, but you'd have to try to do that!) First, the hotels in Prague (Savic Hotel - there ARE 66 steps to the third floor - thankfully, there IS an elevator)) and Cesky Krumlov (Hotel Bellevue) were fine. Breakfast buffets did not leave us hungry, and the Savic' was particularly complete. (Despite the info about "tipping" included in the itinerary, we remained very uncomfortable when trying to determine a "fair" gratuity.) All the guides were prompt, courteous, and informative. Our guide in Prague was a bit peremptory and grousing at times, but full of information. Our guide for Kutna Hora was entertainingly"human", yet informative and helpful, leading us to a delightful lunch place after the "tour". (Nevertheless, we probably wouldn't return to the town, despite its well-known sites.) Cesky Krumlov was fun, with an excellent, personable guide there. The "Two Marys" was our favorite restaurant. When we ate at the restaurant right next to and below the bridge, on the left, we got the feeling that the owner was "having a bad day". The driver from Cesky Krumlov back to Prague (via Trebon) was taciturn and of little help or information. Prague, especially the "side street" restaurants and taverns, was fun to experience. We were mildly disappointed in the "full-ticket" experience in the Jewish Quarter. We first visited the Old New Synagogue (at which site we were VERY fortunate to "accidentally" meet a docent who gave us a very informative tour AND explanation of the site and its ceremonies). After THAT, though, the Spanish Synagogue was the only other site which held our interest. We felt that the displays in the remainder of the sites were somewhat repetitive The train trip to Kutna Hora DID allow us to see some of the "countryside" (which we had requested). In all, we saw much and (due to time and personal constraints) left much to be seen. We'd certainly re-visit Prague and Cesky Krumov, but woud consider alternates to Kutna Hora and Trebon.

We used Go Real Europe for the first time to plan a family trip to 4 destinations - Vienna, Budapest, Krakow and Prague. They did a fantastic job and our trip was one to remember!! Would definitely recommend them.
