Traveling with our 3 children (16, 13 and 12) over this past holiday to Munich, Salzburg, Prague and Krakow was an incredible adventure. Our arrangements were planned, booked and payed for through Go Real Europe. Their detailed itinerary and voucher booklet were thorough and extremely helpful. They were very accommodating with any changes we threw their way during the planning process. We had zero "glitches" with trains, tours, and reservations. All our guides were prompt and very knowledgable. The hotels were clean and comfortable and each tour that was set-up was on point. (I mention this because not all group tours are created equal). Thank you Martin for helping us plan such a memorable trip for our family. Now, if you could only help with the jet lag...

I am a bit delayed on this review, it’s actually my first online review and was my first time using a travel agency in many years. We are huge travel enthusiasts, I always research, plan and book myself. Because I am less familiar with Eastern Europe, geographically, culturally and their language, I was attracted to Go Real Europe when it came up with an online search. I connected immediately with Grace Anne Sillano. She previously lived in the States, and quickly understood my personal interests and style for travel. We visited both Prague and Budapest, the trip was fabulous. The level of detail, the descriptions, the guides, the itinerary, and the directions were all A+. They exceeded beyond our expectations. I traveled with my husband and 26 year old daughter. We left the States with enthusiasm, and then were blown away at the awesomeness of our journey. Each city was beautiful and enchanting. We loved the squares, the cafés, the architecture, the history, the culture. It was such an educational experience too from medieval times, to religious struggles, through World War II to the rise and fall of communism. From a logistical and organization perspective, we couldn’t be happier. Go Real Europe did a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend the Prestige in Budapest, a beautiful upscale hotel with a fantastic central location. We are big walkers and walked everywhere. Our schedule was perfect, it got us up and out early, it also allowed time for exploration and meandering. My husband and I did a bike trip in Prague and were able to see the countryside, I would highly recommend this. Prague is enchanting, maintaining ancient beauty. In Budapest the Synagogue Tour and House of Terror is a must, particularly for Americans. The name could be off-putting yet it is more a political study into communism. Go Real Europe, was a benefit to work with, from our early calls to the 70 something page itinerary sent our way. Carolyn from NYC (trip Sept ’17)

We had a fabulous - three country/city trip - Budapest, Krakow, Prague due in large part to the great experience we had working with this company and in particular Jared. From the website, to the itinerary to the chat feature, it is a very impressive and easy to use website. Moreover, as a non-millennial, I had reservations about planning all of this 'sight unseen', totally over the internet and via e-mail (I found this company in a google search and by checking on-line credentials and reviews). This trip was an important one to my family, and as the family trip 'planner' I felt the risk and pressure to ensure that we all had a good experience. Jared obviously felt the same. He was reassuring, but not pushy, and was able to develop trust via his follow-up and thoroughness. It was a pleasure working with him. This is great company with employees who are committed to providing their clients with a wonderful travel experience.

Great service and itinerary. Andrew or another team member always responded promptly to any enquiries. Hotels were conveniently, centrally located. Comfortable, but fairly small rooms. Private guided walking tours provided an excellent introduction and understanding of each city. Intercity travel and pickups were very well organised. Everything ran on time. Be prepared for a very busy schedule. Some days were almost too jam packed and we were frequently exhausted at the end of the day, but still needed to read ahead to familiarise ourselves with the details of the next day. Instructions were sometimes a little more complicated than was necessary. Overall a great way to make sure that you get the most out of your travels.

GO WITH GO REAL EUROPE ! We recently used GRE to help us plan and book our post Amsterdam to Budapest river cruise stays in Budapest and Prague. Grace recommended sites to visit based upon our preferences and booked great hotels in perfect locations which were near restaurants and touring sites in both cities. Every guide and driver showed up on time, even for the 4:30 am drive to the airport. GRE's maps and detailed instructions for self-touring are idiot proof. They even provided pictures of the kiosks to use at train stations and public transit. Their booking and pre-purchase of train tickets was just what we needed because of the intricacies of the rail systems. There is no doubt that I would use GRE again if traveling in any area in which they provide services and I would highly recommend them to other travelers.

We travelled from Australia and visited Prague, Cesky Krumlov, Salzburg, Vienna, Budapest, Kraków, Warsaw and Berlin. I cannot recommend this company more highly. Our consultant, Jared, was superb from start to finish - his attention to detail ensured that our trip went without a hitch. In an age when after sales service has sadly diminished, this company is the exception. Jared even tracked down a pair of boots that I had left behind and organised for them to be sent on to me. The tour guides that we had in every city were fantastic - it was more like being shown around by a friend! They shared their passion for their city with us and ensured that we could confidently use the public transport systems for the rest of our stay. All the hotels were great in different ways and were in terrific locations. An amazing result for a company which I found on-line!

My husband and I very much enjoyed our experiences with Go Real Europe. We wanted our trip to be a special time for the two of us, instead of going on a tour. Martin was very helpful and the personal guides and activities he suggested were excellent. We appreciated the very detailed pamphlet that came along with each day's list of activities. We never had to worry about how to use a public transportation ticket in any city or where to meet our driver at the train station. The hotels were excellent and fit our desire for old world charm. The guides were specified to our particular needs, guides for specific sites, specific kinds of history, hiking and even a foodie tour. They are a gem. We highly recommend them!

Hotels were comfortable, centrally located and all had amazing breakfasts included. I loved the fact that soon after arrival ( some times that day, other times,the next morning) we had a local person giving us a tour. This usually evolved into a lively discussion of socio/political/economic views that you would never receive from a more regulated tour. The info we had early made the self guided tours that much more valuable and interesting...we could choose our own areas of interest. I also appreciated that any kind of transit passes/tickets were included with our hotel. I got to know and love the Budapest underground far more than I would have thought...even took me to the airport for $2.50. How can you not love that!
