During the busy pre holiday rush I placed an order for a blanket but sent an over edited photo. Realizing my error I tried to contact customer service but was told all they could do was cancel the order. I did that but they cancelled another order I had placed instead. Lastly they made this right by allowing me to correct my pet image and receive the correct order at no charge. Great work. These guys are great and have me as a customer and spokesperson. Products are received enthusiastically and very quality.
