I ordered the socks on November 15 for Christmas. Sadly, I did not receive the order to see the happy face of my loved one. There were so many emails to customer service, for and back till today, January 11. I haven’t even received even the product or the refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This was the WORST company I’ve ever experienced. Not only was it impossible to contact the joke of a customer service team, the guy actually swore at me when attempting to help “resolve” the issues. I paid extra to have them “guaranteed” by Christmas……..just an absolute joke of a company that should be reported to law enforcement for “stealing” our money and never getting resolution.

Order was late, ordered 2 pairs of socks and 1 pair sent was not even our dog. Image quality in the pair that included our dog was very poor, so dark the dog’s eyes are not visible.

Product was good quality but I was a little disappointed in 1 of the 3 pairs I ordered. I had ordered the Face Mash design using the picture of 2 dogs with jet black fur. I would have chosen a different design if I had seen a sample of what the finished product would have looked like or at least warned about it. The dogs' faces are so dark that the socks just look black and you have to really look closely to see that there are actually dogs' faces there. This might sound strange that well, duh, didn't I know that if the dogs have black faces that the socks would be black? Well, the sample of the Face Mash design on the website used dogs of a lighter color and they showed up really well, and that's what I had in mind when I ordered that design. I couldn't really picture in my mind's eye what my finished product would look like and being a first-time customer, I expected that the faces would show up better than they did. As the producer of the socks, I feel you should have realized that the pictures were too dark to be used for the Face Mash design, so at the very least, I would have appreciated at least a phone call or email to let me know that there could be a problem with not seeing the faces very well. At $30 per pair, it's not feasible for me to purchase another pair with a different background, so I'm disappointed for that reason. If you as the producer feel that the pictures chosen will not have a good outcome on the background chosen, maybe you should contact the customer to let them know. I definitely would have changed the background had I been informed of the potential issue. The other 2 pairs that I purchased turned out great and made wonderful gifts for my dog-owning kids.

Quality of socks were okay at best. For the price you pay for the socks I believe there are way better custom socks out there. On top of that, I ordered 2 custom socks for Christmas and only got 1. I feel ripped off. Their shipping process was absolutely horrifying. It too over a month to get my pair of socks and it arrived Christmas eve. Which saved me with one person's present... although I did not have a gift for the other person because they never shipped the other pair I ordered. So very disappointed. Buyer beware!

I ordered the same sock on 2 orders. 1st order took 30+ days to arrive and the image was poor with a whit blotch. Second order arrived in 10 days perfect. I reached out to the customer service channel a week ago and have not heard back

The sock fabric is very weird. Photo quality is fine until you actually wear them. Won't be ordering again.
