My pupsocks are great and the people I gifted them to love them. I did find the customer service challenging; the socks came much later than anticipated with very little information provided about where they might be but it was the holidays and we're in a global pandemic so I certainly understand why there would have been a delay. I think more communication would have been preferred, for a little while I was worried I had been scammed. The designers did a great job of cropping the picture that I provided and I was very excited to gift the pupsocks when they eventually arrived. I would give these as a gift again in the future but build in more time for production/delivery delays.

Ordered ~2 weeks before Christmas because their website promoted it would ship prior to Xmas....wasn't true. The socks finally arrived 2 weeks late and the quality of the socks is laughable. Very thin and low quality. We did 2 cats on the socks, one of them printed so dark its just a black shadow of a cat. The photo I provided was not dark like this. While I understand during the printing process colors won't be photo-accurate, this is a big difference and anyone at the company doing quality control would have caught it and considered it unreasonable to produce as is. As it stands, I ended up giving someone a gift two weeks late that they will never wear, with one of their cats and a siloutte of another. I give them two stars only because I can appreciate their willingness to contribute funds to the humane society (assuming that is actually occurring).

Placed an order on 12/2 for Christmas gifts. Started emailing and posting on FB and Insta on 12/16 for an update and didn’t hear back until Janaury. Asked to cancel And refund and they shipped it so now waiting to find out how to return and be refunded. I had to buy different gifts for the holiday. There is no customer service number and no one answers emails. Horrible company and service will never order again and have alresdy told anyone I know not to order. Also placing a complaint with the BBB

Worst customer service and experience! I ordered on 12/6 plenty of time for Christmas, multiple emails to check status and nothing. There is no # to call for someone live and then on 1/6 “my order” shows up and it’s not even my dogs. Tag on socks clearly says different order # and again I reached out and still nothing. I do NOT recommend!

I appreciate a good novelty but $60 for 2 pair of kids socks is the upper echelon of what I’d spend on a novelty, so I had high expectations. Ordered 12/22 and shipped 12/28 (quick! given holidays), but bc they use the most inexpensive and slow shipping method possible (felt intentional - soo thin could have just put in an envelope w/stamp), they bounced between UPS and USPS and didn't arrive until 1/7. The XS say kids size 1-5, which is a big range. My kids a 1 and 85% of weight for age so not a toothpick. Sock was so baggy it didn’t even need to stretch to get on her foot. Also didn’t seem to have any contour for calf or ankle. Reminded me of a flattened tennis ball container. Rolls of extra fabric meant They’re uncomfortable and constantly falling down. The dogs face is cool but, maybe we can regift them to her in 5-6 years when they at least stay up. Definitely regret the purchase.

The images were cropped rather well, more so for the dogs (vs rabbits). The quality of the socks could be better. The socks are creased differently than normal, so the fit is a bit more awkward. They also stretch out more at the top. I suppose it was fine as a novelty gift.

no customer service follow up for a package that has yet to arrive. order placed 12.15, it's 1.11 now.
