Thank you for your review! We apologize that the sock material used is not to your liking. The material that is used to make your custom-made product is material that allows the ink to absorb into the material for long-lasting results. However, we do have other products that we custom-make and we are sure you'll love them at www.gopupsocks.com.. We'd like to extend a special code for your next purchase ( TRUST20 ). Thank you for your honest feedback. Feel free to contact us directly with any questions or concerns you may have at [email protected]. The PupSocks Team

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We do apologize for the order issues you experienced with your previous product. In researching the timeline for your product, it looks like your order was hung up in the Covid19 transit mishap. We strive for top-notch quality and hate that your special order did not reach you in the time frame you expected. While looking into your order, it looks like we were able to provide a resolution for you. With that said, we are customer-focused and want to keep you happy. We appreciate your business!
