Unfortunately, the holidays left us with an extreme backlog and we have since then been able to clear out all the inquiries submitted. Regarding your order, USPS has recommended to allow at least 6 business days to pass without any tracking updates , before deeming a package as lost. At this time, if there have no updates for a month , there is a good chance that it was lost in shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this has caused!
