We purchased 4 pairs of socks and one pair was not correct (a horse instead of our cat). We tried corresponding with the company two times and did not receive a response. :( Otherwise, the correct socks we received were great.

I had a great experience with PupSocks. They replaced my order when I ordered an incorrect size. My wife was thrilled with the gift. I thought the photo-editing was a little clumsy, but I am a professional artist and may be a bit more critical than the average person. Our dog's face was represented in any case, and I'm grateful for the great customer service!
