The socks were not printed properly. When I enquired about what they could do to resolve I never heard anything back from them.

Ordered 2 custom socks on Dec 16. Came Jan 16.. safe to say it's not a Christmas gift anymore. Even better, one of the socks came in with just a stock photo of another dog and not mine... I wonder how that happens if I chose the same photo for the same 2 socks.

The socks I ordered for Christmas were terrible quality. They are made from a cheap, uncomfortable material and had large holes after one wash. It borderline felt like a scam after paying $30 US dollars.

Took 25 days to get to us. No communication from the company when I emailed. Tracking number was bogus. I was about to dispute the charge on my card. Also the quality and style was not at all what I was expecting.

Paid them $133 and got the wrong order shipped to me. Emailed them over a month ago. No reply.

Cute print of my pup, but the socks are unwearable. Not sure what was used for a pattern, but it’s way different from how my feet are shaped. Not sure what to do with the socks now.

Order as a Christmas Present on December first and it was delivered on December 27th. No contact or explanation from Pupsocks about the delay. When I attempted to return them the customer service was unresponsive.

I specifically wrote in the comments section to the person making socks to PLEASE PUT ONE DOG ON EACH SOCK!!! You didn't do it. You put both dogs on each sock. We can't even see dog #2. Waste of money and highly disappointed!!! Can't imagine why you would say put comments.for.you then you don't even read or follow them! This should be fixed at your expense and a new pair sent to me. I was highly embarrassed as they were a Christmas gift
