I received the wrong order. I have attempted to reach out to the company to receive a refund or a replacement with no luck. This was a Christmas present that was ruined. Spent $40 on 1 pair of custom socks and never received them. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I purchased these socks knowing that they are more of a novelty item and probably wouldn’t be the thickest or most comfortable socks and that’s a good expectation to have when buying these. My disappointment however is in the inconsistent quality of their product. The first pair of socks arrived and looked adorable, however, one was frayed in multiple places. It was frustrating that they didn’t catch this before shipping because the damage was fairly obvious. After contacting customer service they ordered a new pair without question. However, when they created the second pair they did a terrible job cropping the photo and gave my cat a very narrow face that looked nothing like him. I’m not sure why they cropped the photo differently, because they did a great job the first time. Again, I contacted customer service and they ordered a new pair without question. They finally got the sock right on the third try. The other thing about these socks is that the XS size is not really great for kids. The width of the sock is the same as the small, just cut shorter, so it doesn’t really accommodate kids’ smaller feet.

I purchased two pair of socks for Christmas gifts. One for my son and another one for my Dad. They both said it was their best Christmas gift ever!

The socks arrived two months after they were originally scheduled to, and I had to contact customer service multiple times in order to get them at all. When they arrived, I discovered that there were in no way actually useable as socks; they are made of a stiff, uncomfortable material unsuitable for clothing, and are MASSIVELY oversized. They are way too expensive to just be an unusable gag gift. Would not recommend, I feel ripped off.

Never received socks. Order # 2713438 on 12/14 with expectation we would receive by Christmas. Sent tracking number that was never picked up on 12/21 92748903029334543475454640 Should have reimbursed my money already!!!!!

I bought these socks for my husband as a birthday gift. Of all of our dogs, these two are/were his favorite pups (one has already passed away). Unfortunately, though, these socks are like nylons - my husband will never wear them; it was almost an embarrassment to give them to him. In addition, I ordered 2 pair each with a different dog face - you can hardly make out the face of the one with our rottweiler. I realize he is a black dog, but his original photo had more detail; the socks literally look like they have black polka-dots. Not impressed and will not recommend to any one.

One and a half month later, still haven't received my order. Emails to costumer support bounce, tracking information is not available. Looks like I've been scammed!

The order came on time before the holidays and as I had requested. Unfortunately the socks showed up with a hole in them; they also don’t fit the way socks generally should and by that I mean they bunch up in the front of the ankle. It’s almost like they were not made with that in mind so in my opinion their material and construction are poor. So I’ve sent multiple emails to the company to replace at first, and recently asking for a full refund. No response up to this point so very unresponsive to say the least. Needless to say, not a happy customer.
