Very disappointed socks never came but I was charged for them

I ordered two items a blanket and a pair of socks they were both sent with the same tracking number but only the blanket arrived I have sent 4 emails with in two weeks and I haven't received any return emails about my issues but they continue bto send me emails about other products.

I got someone else’s blanket. I immediately emailed customer service and got an email back saying someone would get in touch with me within 72 hours. It’s been 10 days. The blanket was supposed to be a Christmas present and it’s obvious that I won’t be getting it for that person. Not only did I NOT get my blanket, I have someone else’s so because nobody has contacted me, someone else won’t be getting their blanket. I’ve contacted my credit card company to be refunded and contacted BBB.

Our dog is black. Even though his features were well lit in the photo I submitted, on the socks he looks like a black blob. Disappointed 😞.

Picture on the sock was multiple shades darker than the photo I submitted so it was extremely difficult to make out my dog's face. And the socks are TERRIBLE quality, almost feels like plastic. Not worth the cost or the wait to get them. A bit embarrassed to even gift them to my husban, who was the intended recipient.

Pictures looked great but quality of the socks wasn't great or what I was expecting. Kind of like swimsuit material.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from PupSocks and I made a much larger order for the holidays, after seeing how fantastic their quality is I will definitely be ordering again. They followed my design requests completely and the result was amazing!
