I received the wrong pair of socks (wrong animal printed) so now I will not have the item in time for a Christmas gift. I reached out via email and direct text online and have not heard anything. I really just want to get a full refund. I also don't like the sock quality. It doesn't seem comfortable.

I ordered a blanket and some socks for my wife. The blanket arrived but no socks. I emailed them on Dec 8th to try to get it resolved. I heard back shortly after saying they were referring the issue to their customer care team and that they would respond to my query as soon as possible. By December 13th, I still had not heard back from anyone. I emailed again to get an update on the issue but did not hear back. It is now December 16th with 9 days until Christmas and I still have had no one contact me. This level of customer service is unacceptable. At this point, I can’t even get a refund because no one has reached out to me. I’m really disappointed that I have to write a bad review because the blanket I received was perfect. Now I’m out $30. Not cool.

These forever socks will be treasure by my daughter when she opens them for Christmas as she lost her best friend of 16 years. The socks have a beautiful picture of his sweet face that she can remember the funny and loving times of her sweet and best friend. Thank you!

I placed an order for three pairs of socks. I received one pair December 1 and the email showing that delivery indicates the order is complete. I have reached out to customer service four times since then and no one has gotten back to me a/o Dec 16 even though I rec'd an email saying someone would be in touch. I just tried to use the link to customer service in their email asking for a review and it doesn't work. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of service is beyond ridiculous.

I received the wrong order and no one has bothered to get in touch with me to clear up the issue.

If I could give zero stars I would… I ordered a custom pair of socks with my dog’s face on them for a Christmas present for my SO. What I received was basically a black ink blot in the shape of my dog’s head, completely unrecognizable. I was extremely disappointed so I reached out to their customer service to see if I could get a reprint. After 5 emails sent to them with absolutely no response or acknowledgment, I just want my money back now. Please DO NOT order from this company, especially if you have a darker dog. Nonexistent customer service and you’ll be wasting your money.

These socks look great but - like so many custom/printed clothing items - they have an unusual, almost glossy texture. Not a cozy feel exactly but the photo editors did an excellent job and my boyfriend’s puppy is very recognizable on the socks!

I have contacted their customer service three times in the last five days. They shipped the wrong socks to me. My order was a pair of socks and a blanket, I received just a pair of socks and a different design with somebody else’s dog on it. I’m assuming at this point that there is no way I will get these gifts in time for Christmas even though I ordered them in November. If I don’t hear from them in the next day or two I will be putting a Dispute on the payment. I’m really upset that they can’t be bothered to answer their customer service emails
