I ordered the cat dad socks with a cat face printed on them. The upper part of the socks has the cat face placed in the wrong spot, covering the word “cat” in cat dad 4 times. The lower portion of the socks the cat face was placed correctly, allowing “cat dad” to be visible. The socks look more like giant flat tubes with no shape to them, made out of weird thin legging type material They’re probably too big as well by judging the look. $39 CAD for this is not worth it.

They never sent my my whole order, never responded to emails, tried to stop pay pal from refunding my money, pay pal refunded me in full

I ordered a pair of socks with three pictures on it I got somebody else’s socks not the socks I ordered with a different dog on them have contacted customer service five times with no response to my order spent $30 on a pair of socks and got somebody else’s dog do not bother with this company they never responded and I’m absolutely disappointed as this was a Christmas present for an 11-year-old boy

Photos look great on the socks. But the material lacks stretchiness and softness. I’m guessing they’ll be tight on my husband’s legs and he won’t wear them much.

I got the wrong pair of socks and dog delivered, and haven't been able to get through to customer service to fix it. I've emailed customer service several times and just get radio silence. The quality of the socks that I did receive was also pretty bad and I can't picture someone actually wanting to wear them.

Received the incorrect order and my emails were ignored.. No number to contact customer service anf no reply other than an auto generated emai. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend. Will be calling my credit card company to request a refund.
