I have reached out to them multiple times now and no response. I received only one pair of the socks and did not receive the other 2 pair of socks. But no one will reach out and I can't find any phone number to reach them on. Sad that 2 of my children won't receive this gift for Christmas, if EVER!!

Beware of the adhesive used on the label packaging wrapped around the socks. This got stuck on the material of the socks and yanked a strip all across the upper foot side of the sock material in a way that the socks are now defective. Also, my dog's name tag didn’t get captured as I requested when cropping was done. This is a Christmas gift for my son who left home for college and misses our family dog so much, sadly I have no time to return and re-order the socks. I’m sure my son will still like the socks, but for $35 with shipping I expected to be completely satisfied with the product and I am not

Did not receive full order. Sent several emails to company with no response. Will be filing a stop payment on credit card if order is not fulfilled by christmas

Ordered socks in November. Apparently they went to a”shipping partner” December 8 but never got to USPS. Numerous emails to Pupsocks hasn’t helped. Never order from them again.

Not worth the price. Socks are of poor quality. Picture of the dog's face is very nice but not worth $40.00 for a cheap pair of socks. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Said my order shipped a whole month ago come back to check tracking hadn’t even left the facility. Why would you even send a tracking number a month ago to not even be ready. My order was a special christmas gift that will now arrive late. Do not order unless it’s 3 months in advance

I ordered a blanket and two pairs of socks. Received only the blanket which was supposed to have 3 faces and had only one. No socks. No response from customer service after 3 inquiries. Owed a refund.
