I absolutely hate them They bear no resemblance to the dog I asked to be used Please advise on what I’m to do $30 for these cheap socks And there red I asked for blue I am disputing the payment

I order was so wrong when I received it. Not only was it not the color I ordered but it wasn’t even my dog. I have contacted customer service twice and have not heard anything back. Waste of money and a Christmas gift.

I have not received two pairs of socks and was charged for them. I emailed customer service and still have heard nothing from the company except we are very busy and expect to hear from us in 72 hours. Still nothing. It’s a shame because I love the blanket that I did receive and would of ordered more. We are now a week until Christmas and I am concerned that I will never receive them let alone for Christmas.

I received the wrong socks!!! I spent a lot of money and the socks I received are not the pics I sent you of my dogs! Tried contacting customer service and they said they would contact me within 72 hours, haven’t heard from anyone since. Truly disappointed!

Cool socks but be patient with delivery….

These socks are tremendously Cute, the Gift blew my Girlfriends mind she loves them very much! They not only keep her feet warmer, but are in her Favorite color and have pictures of her little Chihuahua Holly Girl 🥰

I ordered a custom blanket from them as THE Christmas gift for my spouse with the pictures of our beloved cats on them. I double checked the shipping address and have them my money. The shipped the order and the USPS said it could not be delivered and was sending it back! Emailed them with ZERO answer. I am now considering filing a lawsuit for breach of contract. I will NEVER do business with them again!!

I’ve yet to receive my order placed on. November 26th . I emailed them to inquire about the status of my order and received an automated response stating that they would respond in 72 hours. Lo and behold I received an email that same day that my order had shipped. I’ve tried over the past few days to track the package to no avail. These were to be a Christmas gift but I have no hope that I will receive them in time. Highly disappointed.
