I am extremely disappointed in the socks I received. You can’t see the picture on the socks. I reached out and have yet to hear anything back from anyone. I have ordered from you in the past and the socks turned out great, but these, it looks like just a big brown circle on the socks. You cannot see the face. I requested a refund when I reached out, but have yet to hear anything.

The socks look so GOOD!! I love that my family can all wear socks with our dog's face on them. Great socks & so glad to help other dogs in need.

Our order supposedly shipped on 1 Dec and we still have not received it.

I honestly can not even review the product as I never received what I payed for :( I ordered my socks over 3 weeks ago and still have not gotten them. I am so disappointed and have tried to contact the company but there is no phone number available.

I was asked the review my purchase - yet I haven’t even received it! Ordered almost a month ago, got shipping notification over 2 weeks ago but it has yet to show any tracking. I have sent 3 emails and cannot get an update on when or if my order will actually ship.
